GSTR 3B : If Taxpayer registered in September but Liability is from August

Tax payers who have registered themselves in the month of September but date of liability is from 1st August, are unable to file GSTR-3B of August.

As per section 40 of CGST Act  such tax payers have to include their liability between date of liability and date of grant of registration, in their first return of September tax period.
