About the Author

The Author Dr K Natarajan Graduated/Post Graduated from Five leading Universities in the country is a legal activist, real estate consultant and the Chair of a Nonprofit NGO “AIM for Enscience Seva” an awareness creator on global sustainability. Formerly, during his pre-retirement tenure in Ministry Of Defense in various capacities, he has served for estate management and infrastructure development for Defense projects of national importance. He has also authored books of the following titles which were well received among legal the fraternity and environmental activists respectively.

The co-author Mr B Nedunchezhian, born on 6 November 1960, at Karisakulam village, Tirunelveli district, finished his schooling at Palaniyappa high school, Rajapalayam Taluk. He completed bachelor’s degree at P.M.T College Melaneelithanallur and studied law at Madurai Law College. He enrolled as Advocate in the year 1986, practicing in civil, writ jurisdiction in Madras High Court. He served as a standing counsel, TASMAC and government advocate, (Taxation) 2001-2016 standing counsel, TASMAC since 2014, standing counsel, Tamil Nadu State Election Commission since 2011. Wife Dr Rohini, MBBS, Sons Dr Rathnesh, MBBS and N Vignesh BA, BL, both are professionals. He is a Member Law ASIA, ALL INDIA BAR Association, Executive committee Member Madras BAR Association. Also, he is Managing partner NV LAWS, Chennai.
