NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th November, 2016

S.O. 3395(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Act, 2016 (44 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 4th day of November, 2016 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:—

Sl. No             Sections

1                    Section 4 (xiii);

2                  Section 7; and

3                  Section 32.
