Built directly into the new floating screen recorder, Screen Reactions lets you record your screen while simultaneously capturing your front-facing selfie camera. It automatically generates a resizable, draggable green-screen overlay of you reacting to the content, eliminating the need for third-party editing suites if you are making gameplay videos or reaction clips.

Powered by Google’s new Nanobanana 3.0 model, Gemini Omni allows you to create and edit high-quality multimedia directly inside the Gemini app, Google Flow, or YouTube Shorts. Unlike older video generators, Omni features a deep, intuitive understanding of fluid dynamics, gravity, and kinetic energy (meaning no more floating shadows or bizarre, physics-defying artifacts). You can even use conversational prompts to edit existing media—like remixing your camera roll or telling Gemini to alter specific elements of a video naturally.

AI Music with Lyria 3

The Gemini app’s tools menu now features “Create music.” Driven by the Lyria 3 model, you can write a text description or upload a photo to generate original, high-quality audio tracks complete with lyrics. • Quick Share + AirDrop: The Pixel 8a and 9a now support cross-platform offline sharing with Apple devices via Quick Share, allowing seamless photo and video drops across ecosystems without an internet connection.

• Voice Translate Expands: The real-time, speech-to-speech call translation feature (which translates the caller while preserving the unique tone of their voice) is now available on the more affordable Pixel 10a, with expanded language support including Hindi.

• Take a Message Custom Greetings: The tool that acts as an advanced voicemail transcript assistant is expanding globally and now lets you record custom outgoing greetings for your callers.

• Emergency Sharing for Pixel Watch: If your Pixel Watch or Phone detects a severe car crash, hard fall, or a Loss of Pulse event, it will now automatically trigger Emergency Sharing—broadcasting your location and notifying your pre-designated emergency contacts alongside dialing emergency services.

Availability
