DTC of ICAI invites suggestions from members on the Income-tax Bill, 2025

As you are kindly aware, the Income-tax Bill, 2025 has been tabled in the Parliament on 13th February, 2025. The Income-tax Bill, 2025 available at https://incometaxindia.gov.in/Documents/income-tax-bill-2025/income-tax-bill-2025.pdf has been referred to the Select Committee of the Lok Sabha.

The Direct Taxes Committee of ICAI would soon present its detailed inputs on the Income-tax Bill, 2025 to the said Committee. Accordingly, the DTC of ICAI invites suggestions from members at large and other stakeholders regarding changes required to be made in the said Bill.
