NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2492(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of
the Code on Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central
Government hereby notifies Rupees Ninteen thousand per month as the amount of remuneration for the
purposes of the said clause or where such remuneration is by way of lump sum, an amount equivalent thereto.
