NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026

S.O. 2444(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 122, of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of
2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned below to be the Inspector-cum-Facilitator for hapter V and Chapter VI of the said Code in relation to all establishments for which the Central
Government is the appropriate Government under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 2 of the said Code, namely:-

a. Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)
b. Additional Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)
c. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), Assistant Labour
Commissioner (Central) and Labour Enforcement Officer (Central) in the office of Chief Labour
Commissioner (Central), Headquarters
d. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), Assistant Labour
Commissioner (Central) and Labour Enforcement Officer (Central) in all regions.
