New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2482(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 114 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the officer in the corresponding entry for composition of offences for the purposes of the said code, in case of dock work, for the areas specified in column (3) of the Table below:
