- Stamps: Mint commemorative, definitive, marginal blocks of 4, and full sheets (p. 1).
- Covers & Brochures: First Day Covers (cancelled or blank) and Information Brochures (p. 1).
- Special Packs: Annual stamp packs, themed collector packs, and children’s packs (p. 1).
- Stationery: Postal stationery from designated bureaus (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad) (p. 1).
Critical Rules
- Account holders must maintain a sufficient financial balance for regular dispatch (p. 1).
- The mail order service applies strictly to new stamp and collectible issues (p. 1).
