NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2514(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) and in supersession of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No S.O. 4202(E) dated 28th December 2016, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession mentioned in the column (2) of the table below to be the appellate authorities for the purposes of the code within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said table in relation to all establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the said code, namely :—
