S.O. 2507(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 114 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby notifies the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the officer for composition of offences for the purpose of the Code within the local limits of the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the table below:-
