NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st June, 2026
S.O. 2769(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention
of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Central Government, with the concurrence of the
Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court of Karnataka, hereby designates the XLIX Additional City Civil and
Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City as Special Judge for trial of offences specified in Sub-section (1) of Section
3 of the said Act, in connection with NIA case RC-28/2023/NIA/DLI, being investigated by National
Investigation Agency.
