G.S.R. 580(E).— In the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of
Expenditure, in pursuance of Section 4(4)(b)(ii) of the Aadhaar Act, 2016, read with the Aadhaar Authentication for
Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020 (as amended in 2025), published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 859(E), dated the 21st November 2025,
at page 3,-

• for “PFMS Mobile Application” read “PFMS Web and Mobile Applications”

• for “Bank account number along with OTP sent to registered mobile number with Bank account” read “Bank
account number or registered PAN along with OTP sent to mobile number linked with respective Bank account
number or registered PAN”.
