NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026

S.O. 2353(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (68) of section 2 read with section 129 of
the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby authorises the Officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to exercise the powers of Recovery Officer under the said Code from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, for the areas mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, in relation to all establishments covered under the provisions of the Chapter IV of the said Code and for the provisions in the Code relating to that Chapter, namely:-
