NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2483(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 57 of the
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints designated authority comprising of the following, namely: –
(1) Director General, Directorate General of Labour Welfare-Chairperson;
(2) Representative of Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)-Member;
(3) Representative of Directorate General of Mines Safety- Member;
(4) Representative of Directorate General Factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes.
