New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2504(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 111 of the Code on
Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the officer to impose penalty under the said Code in case of mines, for the areas specified in the corresponding entry them in column (3) of the Table below:
