In this demo, Copilot follows an explicit approval-based workflow for executing code or starting services. Before taking action, it pauses to request confirmation from the user:
- Starting the development server: When asked to run the web app, Copilot states, “I need your approval to start the V development server” (0:16). It proceeds only after the user explicitly replies, “Sure, I approve” (0:19).
- Running tests: Similarly, when asked to create and run unit tests, Copilot requests, “I need your approval to execute the npm” (0:51), which the user grants at (0:53).
