ORDER
New Delhi, the 16th July, 2026
S.O. 3937(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10
of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic,
Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: –
1.Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control)
Eigth Amendment Order, 2026.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in Schedule- I, in Part- A Specifications
of Fertilisers, in sub-heading 1 (h) FORTIFIED FERTILISERS, after serial number 41 and entries relating thereto,
the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely,-
“42. Potassium Schoenite fortified with Iron and Molybdenum
F. No.4-36/2026 Fert Law]

Note:- The principal Order was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)
vide GSR. Number 758 ( E) , dated 25th September,1985 and was last amended vide S.O. No.3482 (E ) dated the 25th
June,2026.
