Finding the right notes or attachments for a meeting shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. Google introducing a revamped Google Meet homepage on the web to help you stay organized and prepared throughout your entire meeting workflow.
The new homepage provides a centralized view of your meeting agenda and essential artifacts, allowing you to:
- Prepare effectively: Quickly access meeting descriptions and calendar attachments for upcoming calls.
- Follow through easily: Find meeting notes, recordings, and transcripts from past meetings without digging through your inbox or Drive.
- Manage your time: Use the new week and month navigators to look ahead at your schedule or revisit previous discussions.
Getting started
- Admins: There is no admin control for this feature. The new homepage experience will be available to all users with access to Google Meet on the web.
- End users: The new homepage experience will be available to all Meet users on the web. Visit meet.google.com to get started.
Rollout pace
- Rapid Release domains: Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on July 21, 2026
- Scheduled Release domains: Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on August 17, 2026

2. Time Management & Schedule Navigation

Week & Month Navigators: Easily jump across dates using the built-in calendar picker and week selector to preview upcoming days or review past ones.

“Happening Now” Indicator: Active calls are highlighted in blue at the top for one-click entry.
3. Follow-Through & Artifact Access (After the Call)

Post-Meeting Artifacts: Access recordings, transcripts, and Gemini-generated summaries (like Notes by Gemini) in one consolidated spot.

Collapsible “Past” Section: Keeps older calls and past resources easily accessible while keeping your main view focused on today’s agenda.
