STANDING ORDER
UNDER RULE 45 OF THE TBR

F. No. AA/THOTA CELL/2026/Appeal/9154/311-319.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 45 of
the Transaction of Business of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Rules, 1993, read with Section
17 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 and Rule 33(1)(a) of the Transplantation of Human
Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby authorises
the Administrative Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of
Delhi, to hear and dispose of, on behalf of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, appeals against
orders of the Authorisation Committee under sub-section (5) of section 9 of the said Act.

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.”
