ADDENDUM
New Delhi, the 27th August, 2026
S.O. 4776(E).— The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority’s Order No. 1584(E) dated 25
th March 2026, 2682(E) dated 27 th May 2026 and 3714(E) dated 8 th July 2026 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, related to ceiling price fixation of scheduled formulation packs of Ringer Lactate (non-Glass with special features) is
henceforth to be read with the following additions:
(1) Sl. No. 32 shall be added in Table ‘B’ as below:
(2) Clause (e2) is added after clause (e1) & shall be read as follows:
“(e2) In case of M/s Silica Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. mentioned in Sl. No. 32 of Table B, only the price of the formulation
specified at Sl. No. 3 of Table A is applicable”.
