The DGFT has issued trade notice to allow the uploading of e-BRC by Sep 15, 2021 for shipping bills with LEO upto Mar 31, 2020 on which RoSCTL scrip claimed as it is observed in several cases that e-BRC as a proof of export proceeds realisation is not uploaded yet.
