NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2026

S.O. 3347(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan
Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 (8 of 2026), the Central Government hereby appoints the
8th day of July, 2026 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as it relates to amendment
in the Court-fees Act, 1870 ( 7 of 1870), as specified against serial no.1 of the Schedule to the said Act, shall
come into force.
