NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th May, 2026

S.O. 2598(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jayant Sarjerao Ghatge, Senior Agricultural Engineer, Central Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, Budni (Madhya Pradesh) as Estate Officer and for that purpose, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare number GSR, 313 (E ), dated the 5th June, 2024, namely:-

In the said notification in the Table, in column (1), for the words “Shri Anil Kumar Upadhyay” the words “Shri
Jayant Sarjerao Ghatge” shall be substituted.
