No. 11/56/H-DOP/2026/798-811.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Prashant Prakash Advocate, as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court in the matter of case FIR No. 138/2026, U/s 152/238 BNS, Section 66 read with section 43 of the IT Act-2000 and section 3/5 of the Official Secrets Act, PS Special Cell, New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 19.06.2026:-
