NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November, 2016
S.O. 3591(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), read with clause (1) of section 5 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Code), the Central Government hereby designates Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal constituted vide notification number S.O. 1935 (E) dated the 1st day of June, 2016 to exercise the Jurisdiction, powers and authority of the Adjudicating Authority conferred by or under Part II of the Code.
2. This notification shall come into force from 1st December, 2016.
