• Fee Authorization: Unconditionally authorizes the bank to debit the linked account for card fees and usage charges.
• Deactivation Policy: Explicitly states that issuing the Centcash Debit Card will automatically deactivate the user’s previous Central Bank of India ATM card.
• Bank Lien: Grants the bank a legal lien on all present and future deposits across the primary and other linked accounts.
• FEMA Compliance: The applicant undertakes that card usage will strictly comply with Exchange Control Regulations and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999.

• Joint Authorisation: For joint or firm accounts, all partners or joint holders must sign and provide their names on page 3 to authorize issuance.
• Branch Verification: Includes a dedicated internal section for the Branch Manager to confirm satisfactory account conduct, verify signatures, and approve card generation.
