I was registered with state tax authorities. my old tin was inactive after there was change in partner and a new TIN was issued to me, but provisional id issued to me pertains to the old TIN (which is not active) and not to my new tin, what to do in this case.
In such case, kindly contact your jurisdictional authority for forwarding of request for provisional id for the new TIN and for cancellation provisional id issued in respect of old TIN.
