1. Can I view additional orders/notices without login on the GST Portal?

No, you cannot view additional orders/notices without login on the GST Portal.

2. On the GST Portal, where from can I view additional orders/notices ?

After login, navigate to Dashboard > Services > User Services > View Additional Notices/Orders option.

3. What types of orders/notices can I view from “View Additional Notices/Orders” option on the GST Portal?

From “View Additional Notices/Orders” option on the GST Portal, you can view all assessment and adjudication related orders/notices.

4. On the GST Portal, how many additional orders/notices can I view in one page at a time?

At a time, you can view 10 or 25 or 50 or 100 orders/notices on one page on the GST Portal. Click the tabs 10, 25, 50, 100 respectively for this purpose.

5. I clicked the “View” hyperlink to go to the Case Details screen of that particular notice but it displays Application. From where can I view and download the notice?

On the Case Details screen, click NOTICES tab to view and download the notice.

6. I am on the Case Details screen. How do I go back to the “Additional Notices and Orders” page?

Click back button of your browser to go back to the “Additional Notices and Orders” page.

How can I view additional orders/notices issued by the tax officer?

To view additional orders/notices issued by the tax officer, perform following steps:

Access the www.gst.gov.in URL. The GST Home page is displayed.
Login to the portal with valid credentials.
Dashboard page is displayed. Click Dashboard > Services > User Services > View Additional Notices/Orders

4. Additional Notices and Orders page is displayed. All orders/notices are displayed in descending order. Using the Navigation buttons provided below, search for the orders/notices you want to view. Click the View hyperlink to go to the Case Details screen of that particular order/notice.

Case Details page is displayed. From this page, you can click on the tabs provided at the left-hand side of the page to view and download their related details.
