The nomination form under the Public Provident Fund (PPF) scheme—officially known as Form E—is a legal document that allows an account holder to appoint beneficiaries who will receive the remaining fund balance in the event of the account holder’s death. [1, 2]

 

• Legal Exclusion: The form formally states that the nominated individuals will receive the fund proceeds “to the exclusion of all other persons” upon the account holder’s demise. [1, 3]
