NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2026

S.O. 3286(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas
(Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026(8 of 2026), the Central Government hereby appoints the 30st June, 2027 as the
date on which the provisions of the said act, in so far as they relate to serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto
in the Schedule of the said Act relating to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) shall come into force.
