In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule 14 of Rule 138 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax (MGST) Rules, 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax on the recommendation of the Goods and Services Tax Council hereby rescinds the Government of Meghalaya Notification No. ERTS(T)102/2017/8, dated 31-3-2018 with effect from the 25th April, 2018.
