NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026
S.O. 2452(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the Code on Wages,
2019 (29 of 2019), and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. No. 4225(E), 4226(E) dated 21.11.2019 and S.O. No. 3729(E) dated 17.10.2019, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the authorities (not below the rank of a Gazetted Officer), to hear and determine the claims arising under the provisions of the said Code, in respect of the employees employed in the establishments in relation to which the Central Government is the appropriate Government and situated within the jurisdictional area specified against them in column (3) of the said Table thereof, namely:-
