No. 9/2025-Integrated Tax (Rate)
G.S.R. 642(E).–––In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Integrated
Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017) and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Central Goods and Services
Tax Act, 2017(12 of 2017), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 01/2017- Integrated Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 2017 published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 666(E), dated the
28th June, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central
Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the rate of integrated tax of-
(i) 5 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule I,
(ii) 18 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule II,
(iii) 40 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule III
(iv) 3 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule IV,
(v) 0.25 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule V,
(vi) 1.50 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule VI, and
(vii) 28 per cent. in respect of goods specified in Schedule VII
