The attention of all the Joint Commissioners (ST) in the state of Andhra Pradesh is invited to the subject cited.
It is hereby notified, in accordance with Section 151 of A.P. Goods & Services Act, 2017, officers in the cadre of Joint Commissioner of State Tax and above are authorized to collect the data/Information on any matter from the concerned Persons /Departments in connection with the said Act, in such form and manner as required in respect of information/data to be collected.
