Notification No. S.O.11/P.A.5/2017/S.1/2017, dated the 29th June, 2017, appointing the 23rd day of June, 2017, as the date on which certain provisions of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Punjab Act No. 5 of 2017) shall come into force.

No. S.O.11/P.A.5/2017/S.1/2017.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Punjab Act No. 5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the 23rd day of June, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1,2,3,4,5,10,22, 23,24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 139, 146 and 164 of the said Act, shall come into force.
