NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th August, 2026
S.O. 4711(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Code on
Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019), the Central Government hereby determines that every employee drawing wages
not exceeding twenty-one thousand rupees per mensum shall be paid bonus as specified in the said subsection.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st day of November, 2025.
