Personal Data Protection Bill 2019
The Lok Sabha has introduced the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 on 11.12.2019 whereby various clauses related to obligation of data fiduciary, grounds for processing of personal data without consent, personal data and sensitive personal data, personal data for children, rights of personal data and so on have been discussed.
