Ms. Kiron Prabhakar completed her LLM in IT and Telecom Laws from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. She has a Diploma in Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. With over 28 years of experience, she is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association and has practiced in the Supreme Court and the High Court at Delhi.
She specializes in corporate commercial matters and deals in further three verticals i.e. Real estate, Food sector and IT and IT enabled services. Kiron has also worked in the areas of foreign direct investment, company law matters, commercial contracts transfer of technology license agreements, marketing and other human resource agreements. Kiron is the founder partner of PAVLO and her firm has been involved in providing in depth legal advice and conducting courses in the relatively new food law called the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006.
