NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th August, 2026
S.O. 4407(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 33 of the Coastal Shipping Act,
2025 (20 of 2025), the Central Government hereby specifies that the electronic means of service of any document to a
person, under clause (a) of the said section shall be by e-mail.
