NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th November, 2018

S. O. 5668(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Employees’
Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 ( 19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the following persons to the Central Board of Trustees constituted under the said Act, in place of persons appointed vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. No. 1330 (E), dated the 23rd May, 2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 23rd May, 2013, namely:-
