Omission of certain sections of Haryana Act 16 of 1994
173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of this Act, clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 88 and section 121 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) shall be omitted.
