Amendment of section 3

212 . In section 3 of the principal Act,—

(a)		in sub-section (3), item (i) shall be omitted;
(b)		in sub-section (6), in clause (b), the words “revenue balance and” shall be omitted;
(c)		in sub-section (6A), item (iii) shall be omitted.
