CBDT condones delay in filing of audit report in Form 10B by trust/institution for AYs 2016-17 & 2017-18 : Circular No 10/2019
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), considering the representations, has decided to condones the delay in filing of audit report in Form 10B by the trusts or institutions for the Assessment Years 2016-17 and 2017-18.
