| Assessee | Due date of furnishing Tax Audit report | Due date of furnishing return of income |
| Company | 30th September 2023 | 31st October 2023 |
| Any other person who is obliged to furnish taxaudit report | 30th September 2023 | 31st October 2023 |
| Any person to whom transfer pricing provisions are applicable | 31st October 2023 | 30th November 2023 |
