NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2315(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Industrial
Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, number S.O. 1447, dated the 4th May, 1990, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers specified in column (2) of the Table as conciliation officers for mediating in and promoting the settlement of industrial disputes in the areas specified in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
