NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026

S.O. 2318(E).— In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 85 of the Industrial
Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers specified in
column (2) of the Table, for holding inquiry and for imposing penalty under sub-sections (3), (5), (10), (11) and (20) of section 86 of the said Code, in respect of the industrial establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government, within the areas specified against them in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
