NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2320(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100 of the Industrial Relations
Code, 2020 (35 of 2020, the Central Government hereby delegates its powers to the Regional
Labour Commissioner (Central) within the jurisdiction to discharge the functions, the power
vested in it under sub-section (1) of section 59 of the said Code.
