NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2344(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (30) of section 2 of the Code on Social Security,
2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby notifies the Joint Director (Employment) or the Director
(Employment) looking after the work of Career Centre (Central) in the Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India to be the executive officer for the purposes of Chapter XIII of the said Code to discharge the duties under that Chapter.
