NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th May, 2026
S.O. 2341(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 139 of the Code on Social
Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby notifies ninety days from the date of notification of theSocial Security (Central) Rules, 2026 as the date from which the employer in every establishment in public sector and private sector shall report the vacancy to the concerned career centre.
